the pot war (hmm, doesn't have the same ring as opium war huh?)

i knew that the competition was heating up between the local hypermarkets on price of groceries and fresh produce, but its getting ridiculous when the hypermarts decide to take on a book store!

what am i talking about u ask? tesco & carrefour are selling the latest harry potter book for only 69.90!!



which is really annoying considering i preordered mine from MPH 1u, and my deposit itself was already RM70!!

anyway, JK announced that this is definitely the last potter book (although i really doubt it. i mean would u kill a money tree?)

so anyway, last book or not i'm really curious to know wat happens next so i'll be going over to MPH later to pay RM40 more than if i were to get it from a hypermart. sigh.
