i think its one of those bags that discourages the use of plastic bags when doing your shopping, and instead urges you to get one of these instead.
think about it: plastic bags = free, "reusable" shopping bags = not free. Ingenius marketing ploy? u decide (but it doesn't make this bag any less cool).

now here's interesting fact on this bag: probably the cheapest designer bag ever made at 5 pounds each, which was such a hit in the UK that thousands queued up at 3am just to get one. on eBay, these bags are being auctioned off at a whopping 200 pounds!!!
