Grazie Michael!!
ok this is gonna be my last post on f1 for the season and probably my last post ever on schumacher as an f1 driver.
last weekend at sao paulo saw a red car come out tops, but it wasn't the one everyone was expecting - it was 2nd driver massa who won it followed by alonso and button, which basically means not only alonso managed to succesfully defend his drivers championship this year (sigh), but renault too managed to retain their constructors cup (double sigh)
but nevertheless, retiring schumi put up a brilliant performance - starting fm 10th on the grid due to a fuel pressure problem in qualifying on saturday and also ending up in 20th position due to a tire puncture in the early stages of the race ($#%& bridgestone), but still managed to finish the race in 4th position, just 5 secs shy of 3rd place man button. amazing stuff, classic schumacher stuff - kick urself if u missed this race.
so anyhow, here're some pics nicked off yahoo sports:

the scuderia ferrari team saying "grazie michael" - thanks for the memories!

massa, todt and the man himself

schumi receiving the f1 lifetime achievement award (or something like that) from footie legend, pele

seeing double (legends at least) - self confessessed schumi fan pele congratulating the man

schumi walking off with his head up high after the brazillian GP

we're all gonna miss you schumi!! race weekends just won't be the same without you.
