imagine my surprise when i saw the that N80 managed to get the 2nd spot:
hmmm.. in case u guys dont know, i got myself the N80 a few months back (check out what i had to say bout it then here if u wanna).
well anyway honestly after using ity for a good 3 to 4 months now, i think that nokia went tried their best to make this their top dog N8x series by cramping in as many features as possible (ie 3G, 3 mpx camera, built in wifi, web browser, mp3 player etc etc), but did not really bother to perfect each function. so to cut things short, this phone can do almost everything any other phone in the market can, but does none exceptionally well.
what do i mean by that? well, i've said it before and i'll say it again - the 3 mpx camera sucks. even my 1.3mpx 6680 takes better photos (especially in the dark). the sound quality, whether for ringtones or mp3s are so bad it makes normal studio recorded songs sound like concerts. the wifi signal receiving is pretty weak so u pretty much have to sit right next to the wifi broadcasting pod in order to get a decent strong connection. the worst of all? the battery capacity sucks! i go thru one fully charged batt in half a day!
i could go on and on, but in a nutshell i guess its a good indication that nokia is trying.. i mean u dont expect them to come out with something perfect overnight right? i still believe that nokia will eventually come out with something which will be an answer to sony-ericsson's offerings at the moment - phones that dont hang, sound good and are value for money, hehe.
ah well, so anyway back to the top 5 cell phone chart on yahoo? guess whats no.1?
what?! a sony-ericsson W600i?! like damn old school right? no 4 is SE W800i?! no.5 is Moto RZR!? wat the..?
then i noticed.. aiyah, user's top rated cell phones. cheh, kena con. if i damn free i sit here and keep voting for motorola's 1997 startac aso got chance to make it no.1 la. pah!
