i could really get used to not working. *que letting go a dreamy sigh* finally got around to doing the things i could never find the time to do when i'm working, ie read. i just finished my national lampoon's Bored of the Rings book. its hilarious, totally stupid but i've gotta admit its a pretty good parody of a otherwise boring (wait, boring is an understatement .. cant think of a better word to illustrate so ULTRA BO-RING's gotta do for now) book by Tolkien. i'm just so sure i'm gonna get flamed for that statement, but hey its my party and i'll dis if i want to. hehe.. ok, i'll jus clear some things up .. lotr wasnt that boring. it was a good book, one of the best and memorable books for our time, but its jus a lil draggy and detailed for my liking - hardcore fantasy fans would beg to defer, but hey like i said .. its my page and i'll say watever i want (not happy? well, theres an icon at the bottom of this page where u can click to get ur own blogsite.. haha).

anywayyyy.. tolkien being boring IMHO is besides the point, wat we're talkin bout here is BORED OF THE RINGS. its basically stupid, but i've gotta admit that a few parts made me actually laugh out loud. and the best part is that its a really short story - perfect for a weekends worth of easy reading (cos i'm sure the last thing we need is to mind-fuck outselves when we get time off work right..? haha).

well, since i had some coffee earlier and am probably gonna have a hard time getting to sleep i might as well elaborate a lil on the book: it basically follows the adventures (or mis-adventures, u decide) of Frito Bugger (nephew of Dildo Bugger) and his friend Spam to get the great ring destroyed in the Zazu Pits in Fordor. The fellowship in this story consists of the wizard Goodgulf, Arrowfoot the ranger, Legolam the elf and Gimlet the dwarf. I think u guys get the picture of how the story goes now.. haha.

Now that i'm done with bored of the rings, maybe i can start on "barry trotter and the shameless parody". haha, i'm sure u must be thinking "wtf? where the heck does he get these stuff?!" well, heard about these books fm a fren and jus happen to come across it when browsing at mph the other day, so decided to get it cos it looks pretty interesting. incidently i got 2 barry trotter books - the 2nd one's titled "barry trotter and the unnecessary sequel". haha..

ok, enough on the low down on my future reading list already, even i'm getting bored.
