yes! i finally got around to getting myself a dvd player. now stop looking at me that way, i'm not THAT outdated, its jus that i kept putting off gettin a proper dvd player cos i've got a PS2 which plays dvds just as well.. so u can say that i was getting along just fine before this. well back to my dvd player i just got. my my my, i must say that the price of dvd players has dropped soooooo much. i mean a decent player used to cost somewhere in the neighbourhood of rm1.5k to rm2k, but i got mine (a samsung which plays mp3s, jpegs, cdrs,cdrws etc with karaoke function bla bla bla) for only rm468. u must be thinking that i got the lowest in the range right? wrong. there're cheaper alternatives, ie JVC for only rm300 or few other samsung models around rm260 to rm300. oh, and i also got a vcd player for rm95! cheap as hell i must say, and it works much much better than the kenwood one i had which cost almost rm1k! and this one isnt even branded!!! (its some china knock-off named Toba or something).

anyway, hv no idea wats the point of writing so much about my electronic-items-buying-escapade but thats pretty much what i did yesterday (didnt bother to write last nite cos was too bz fittin in everything). =)
